Information Shared

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about individuals — or former individuals — to any non-associated entity, except as described below and otherwise permitted by law. We may disclose the information we collect, as described above, to companies that assist us in servicing or administering the Website.

When information is shared with companies that perform services on our behalf, we protect against subsequent disclosure of that information with a confidentiality agreement and/or other protective measures.

We do not disclose your personal information to companies that will use it to contact you about their own products or services.

Signalers

If you send a signal about an organization through Look1st.org, your identity is never given to that organization. Any contact information you provide is stored separately from the signal itself and linked only by a token, so it can be reached only through your own signaler dashboard. Access to that information is limited to a small number of personnel who need it to help you, it is never used for marketing, and you can ask to have it removed. Security

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those persons who need it to provide the Website's services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that exceed federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information. We keep information for as long as necessary for our purposes, and dispose of it in appropriate ways according to law and Look 1st, Inc. practices.
