Nick founded Look 1st and is engaged in developing and applying performance frameworks that enable organizations and individuals to achieve and sustain optimum performance. He has written four books, completed over 300 consulting engagements, and worked for organizations including the Johnson & Johnson Worldwide Family of Companies and The Vanguard Group of Investment Companies. Nick was an Army Captain and Chief Military Police Operations for Fort Huachuca, Arizona.
